Interactive Video

Essentially, the marriage of computers and video, allowing the user to interact with the video material, which can involve such things as selecting what program will be shown, as well as making decisions that affect the linear progression of the narrative. Interactive video is currently distributed on videodiscs and CD-ROMs.
