Precision Sheeting

A method of sheeting, or converting paper rolls to individual sheets, that aims to accurately control the sheet dimensions so as to make further trimming unnecessary. Although precision sheeting devices tend not to make every sheet in a single pile of exactly uniform dimensions (a guillotine cutter does), precision sheeting does result in more accurate sheet dimensions throughout an entire load. (See Sheeting and Trimming.)
