The term now used to associate the function of submitting varible artwork from a web brower into print production workflow, more often edited artwork by the client. The term has really come into its own in the last two years and at Drupa 2008 over one hundred solutions were available within the European market place however most are not independant and are part of a print management or MIS offering. In December Vpress again conducted this survey (Europe only) and it was found that there were only fifty four remaining within the market.
