Brush Style

Any typeface that gives the appearance of having been drawn by hand with a brush or broad-tipped pen, used to impart a casual or informal feeling to the text set in it. Brush style typefaces are often used in greeting cards and some types of promotions, where the desired effect is one of a handwritten message. It is inadvisable to use these types of typefaces in all caps.
