Data Suit

In virtual reality, an electronic body covering—or suit—containing directional sensors, used to transmit electrical signals corresponding to the wearer's movements to a computer. These signals are then converted to digital form and the resulting data control objects in the virtual environment being displayed. See also Data Glove.
