Mount

To attach a piece of art, copy, etc., to a surface, such as a process camera copyboard, a scanner drum, etc., for processing, photography, scanning, etc. Mount also means to attach a plate (or other image carrier) to a printing press.

In computing, the term mount means to load a disk or other volume into a system to that it can be read from and/or written to.

In networking, the term mount refers to a means by which a network node accesses network resources.
