Silicone

Any of a variety of fluid, resinous, and/or rubbery polymers composed of alternating silicon and oxygen atoms, having a wide variety of uses, such as in adhesives, lubricants, insulation, and cosmetics. Silicone is also used as an additive in printing inks to increase flow out.
