Split Bind

In binding and finishing, a bind order in which a single book or publication will have some quantity bound in one manner (i.e., perfect binding) and another quantity printed in another manner (i.e., case binding). Each of the binding types is known as a bind leg. Some books are bound using conventional case binding, while some copies are bound in special deluxe editions.
