Warm Colors

A range of colors—red, yellow, and orange—that produce a psychological impression of warmth, as opposed to cool colors (green, blue, and violet). Any printed product or other color reproduction will instil feelings of warmth if the color balance as a whole imparts a reddish tone. See also Cool Colors.
