Anthraquinone Scarlet

An organic color pigment used in printing inks. Anthraquinone Scarlet is a transparent yellow red possessing high lightfastness, and good chemical resistance to most substances, save alkalis. It is often used in security inks. (See also Organic Color Pigments.)
