In graphics, photography, and other such fields, a legal obligation on the part of an individual to take reasonable care of original art. An example of where this would apply is when a portfolio of a freelance artist's work is left with an art director for review, or when a photograph or illustration is supplied to a magazine or newspaper for publication.
