In a television studio or other such facility, an arrangement of film projectors, slide projectors, or other such devices used to transfer a filmed image to a videotape, or directly to a television camera for broadcast. In both cases, the image from the film is projected into the lens of a camera, where it is either then recorded or broadcast.
