Form

Any assembly of pages that can be printed simultaneously in a single impression of the printing press; a flat of imposed negatives.

(1) Printed or typed document with blank spaces for insertion of information. Specific arrangement of lines, text, and graphics stored in computer under identifying name. (2) Part made from FSL file. See also 'continuous forms' and 'preprinted form'.
