Label

A strip of paper or other substrate which can be attached—typically with some form of adhesive—to another surface for purposes of identification. A label can be face-cut label, laid-in label, pressure-sensitive label, gummed label, punched-out label, roll label, sheet label, split-top label, tamper proof label, tarnish proof label, Cheshire label, coated one-side label, north-south label, or transparent label.
