Lipophobic

A quality of certain papers, components of paper, or the non-image areas of lithographic printing plates that causes them to be repellent to oil-based inks and have an affinity for water. Lipophobic substances are more commonly called oleophobic and are considered hydrophilic. (See also Lipophilic.)
