Suitcase

A program developed for the Macintosh for font management, allowing different font packages (themselves called suitcases) to be loaded only when needed. Many computer systems, such as those used in digital prepress, utilize many different types of fonts, which can absorb a lot of computer memory. By selectively and expediently loading only those fonts which are needed at a partocular time, time and memory can be saved.
