Yellow

The color characteristic of light possessing a wavelength between 570 and 590 nanometers, located on the spectrum between orange and green. Yellow is one of the three subtractive primary colors, absorbing blue light. It is also one of the four process colors in printing. (See Subtractive Color Primaries.)
