Double Rotary Cutter

A device used in the sheeting of paper rolls consisting of two rotating knives which cut the paper web moving between them. The speed of the rotating knives is adjusted relative to the speed of the paper web. Sheeting is also performed on a single rotary cutter. (See Sheeting.)
