Frame Accuracy

In video production, the ability to edit a videotape at the frame level, rather than merely "in the ballpark." Frame accuracy was virtually impossible until the advent of the time code. Computer-based video editing systems are now able to edit at the field level, a quality of editing known as field accuracy.
