Orthochromatic

Descriptive of the sensitivity of photographic films or other photosensitive materials to blue, green, yellow, orange, and ultraviolet light, but not to red light. An advantage to orthochromatic film is that it can be handled safely in a red darkroom light, unlike panchromatic film, which is sensitive to light of all wavelengths.
